A few ways to help accomplish your goal include offering an opt-in newsletter - over time, readers will come to know and trust you; answer email and phone calls promptly and courteously; or offer a little something extra, such as simple 'thank you' or Christmas cards by postal mail. A little extra effort can help your business to stand out from the rest.

__4. CONFIDENCE AND CREDIBILITY MARKETING

People have to trust you and have confidence in your business before they're comfortable making a purchase. So how do you inspire confidence with visitors who have no previous experience with you?

First, use some basic, old-fashioned common-sense when creating your site. For example, if you're selling information about how you made a fortune in the stock market, don't host your site on a free domain that's packed with popups and popunders.

Customer Review: stuttering key issue I purchased this keyboard recently through Amazon and I like the keyboard but I found that I had a stutttttttering key issue. Every so often I would get a keypress that went ccccccrazy. I found it happened both on my Vista and XP partitions. I have the most recent version of setpoint also. Logitech support had no advice and I did notice some others with the same issue on their support message board. The only solution I found was plugging it in with the adapter to my PS2 port. So it's only the USB that's acting weird. I don't mind using PS2 port but there are a few functions that you can only use on USB. Customer Review: Great wheel with some minor flaws Overall, this is a great wheel, one of the best for the PC without going to the very expensive 900 degree wheels. Feel - the wheel feel is excellent and durable. This is my second one of these - my last was still in good condition after three years of reasonable use. Feedback - the Momo has great feedback for most games. I personally wish it were a little stronger, but it is adjustable and feels good - not cheap, weak and 'plastic' like some other wheels out there. Mounting - The mounting has been good for me - I have mounted on multiple surfaces including two 'race chairs', and never had any issues. Downsides - The pedal feel is not so good. Also even this new one has the issue of mine from years ago - if you put full pressure down and then some sideways, this 'increases' the output of the pedals, and then you can't get 'full power' again unless you reset your game\wheel\settings. This is a design flaw in that the pedal can actually move sideways a little. I was surprised that this new wheel had the same problem of one a few years old. This can be dealt with though by adjusting your games or just making sure you don't push with side pressure - not a huge issue, just a pain sometimes. Overall this is a good product, and out of those I have tried, the best in it's price range for actual feel and feedback. They didn't hire some Elvis impersonator to come and do this show. These are Elvis songs that have been reinvented in a musical theater style, and they sound great. That being said, just from listening to this CD you get very little about the actual plot of the musical. After reading the synopsis you can listen and understand what is going on, but just popping this CD in without glancing at the production notes will lead you to musical theater Elvis songs. I really enjoyed the music on this CD. Some of the voices need a little work, but overall my toe was tapping and my head was bopping. Good for new musical fans, as well as musical collectors. Probably not good for Elvis purists.
