Building A Profitable Network Marketing Business
Many people try a network marketing opportunity when they first start an online business. They start with high hopes that this will be an easy way to achieve financial independence. However the novelty soon wears off and the hard reality sets in, there is no such thing as an easy, no work way to start a business.
All businesses great and small require an initial period of disciplined work. There is no such thing as "making 1000's in a few days with no work. Yes, as a home based business person you can "make money in your pajamas," if you wish, but even if you do not get dressed, you still have to discipline yourself to a certain amount of work for your business, on a regular basis. Network marketing is no exception.
Always remember that network marketing is a team business. In order to make money in this field you must be prepared to work closely with your team members. Welcome them to the team, introduce yourself as their upline and offer help if they need it. Some of your team members will respond, others will not, work with the ones who do respond. These are your potentially strong members and are the lifeblood of your business. Try to build relationships with these members by offering help and discussing marketing techniques. Remember the team concept, your downline's success is your success, you will all profit together. If something has been successful with you share, and encourage your team members to share their successes with their downline. In this way you will spread success to all members and build a strong active team, who are continually adding dedicated people to the team. Here are some points to start and build your profitable network marketing business.
Choose a good program that is not too expensive and has good products, that will be useful to you and your members. Take time to do all the research you can before you invest your money. Remember you will be investing your hard earned money and time into this project and will be encouraging others to do so. In order to promote something you must believe in it 100% with no reservations. Your marketing will then come over well and be more successful.
Before you join give careful thought how you will market. A common mistake of newcomers to network marketing is joining programs and not preparing themselves for how they will market the program. Make sure that the program can be marketed to a reasonably wide and accessible market. This will allow you to tap into good sized areas of prospects with relative ease.
Build your team on the "power of 3" basis. Let me explain: Market to a targeted section of people until you have 3 determined team members, serious and willing to work with you. They will be the foundation of your strong and profitable team. Train these 3 and share with them all the successful methods of marketing that you have used. Encourage and help them to get 3 good active members and train them in the same way. Those 3 members will train 3 members themselves and your team will grow to be a powerful profitable business for you all.
As you grow your first team find another, if possible related program and build your team the same way. Some of your team members may like to join a second program with you, if they like your leadership but never try to pressure them into it. Just make a suggestion and let them decide. You can build a third and possibly a forth program with these techniques. This should be enough to give you and your teams a nice monthly income. After your initial work you will only have to do a few hours of work a week to maintain your teams and advertise on a regular basis.
A few marketing techniques that do well for network marketing are:
Ezine Advertising: Keep careful track of these ads and see which do well and what has flopped. Target Home Business Opportunity ezines and newsletters. When you get enough money together try offline Home Opp magizines.
Distribute info articles on network marketing, draw attention to your affiliate link in the Bio box or draw prospects to your theme website, with all your opportunities "under one roof."
The usual website promotions like Search Engines Pay-Per-Clicks and Linking will work to bring interested prospects to your site.
Google Adwords can be used for affiliate sites if you do not want to build your own website.
You can buy leads but be very careful of the quality and age of these leads. You can waste a lot of money with this method of prospecting.
These are just a few points that can help you build a successful Network Marketing business. The golden rules to remember are, never join a program that you have not found a way to market and always work with your team members. together you will all build a profitable network marketing business and gain true financial freedom.

Customer Review: Great headphones for a 2 year old.
I bought these headphones before my 2 year old daughter and I were flying cross-country. I tried to get her used to them before the plane ride. I probably should have used them longer before getting on the plane. On the plane she did fine on the way out and even fell asleep with them on. On the way home, she would only wear them for about 20 minutes. I think it was the novelty she did not like, but overall I was happy with the purchase and would recommend these headphones. Just use them a bit before you actually need them to get your child used to them.
By the way since there is no picture, these are kid size headphones. Each earpiece looks like a panda.
Millionaire's Express
Millionaire's Express
It's a western! It's a caper film! It's martial arts action! It's a farce! It's Millionaire's Express, with Hong Kong stalwart Sammo Hung on both sides of the camera! For HK fans, this film makes nearly as little sense as Jackie Chan's Fantasy Mission Force. Sammo plays a ne'er do well who comes back to his hometown with a platoon of sexy kung-fu hookers in tow and sets up business. The Shanghai Express, loaded with the rich and famous, is scheduled to come through town , and our man Sammo plans to derail it by blowing up the tracks, then entice the passengers to spend their money in town and (hopefully) visit his brothel as well. So far, so good. Problem is, a gang of thieves is on board the train, and a gang of Japanese mercenaries is after a map of valuable terracotta figures from a temple. Add to this mix a pair of jailbirds who hope to be freed by letting the train run over their shackles and an man and woman dressed inexplicably in 19th-century U.S. Cavalry outfits and you have a thoroughly confusing mess of a Hong Kong action comedy. The only thing that's missing is a cameo appearance by the Three Stooges. Sammo pulls it off quite well, though, with some killer fight segments towards the end, gorgeous lighting and camera work and trademark jaw-dropping HK stunt work. Anyhow, forget about how confusing it is and just go along for the ride on the Millionaire's Express. --Jerry Renshaw
Customer Review: Who's not in this?
Sammo really goes all out on this one. There is a train coming through town and Sammo plans on halting the passengers trip so that they will visit their town and they can profit. He will do this by any means necessary keeping his brothel's profits that could be made in mind all the time. While this isn't one of Sammo's best comedies it is still very good. Eric Tsang always bugs me but thankfully we get literally ALL of the stars that Sammo worked with throughout the 80's. I think the only ones that were missing were Billy Chow who wasn't discovered by Sammo just yet and Jackie Chan. With all of their problems I can imagine Jackie wasn't in this because of some sort of feud. I could name all of the side characters like Lam Ching Ying, Yuen Wah, and Chin Kar Lok but your mind would be completely blown. we find out early on that Yuen Biao is going to have a starring role which is never a bad thing.
When Sammo blown the train tracks and completes his plan, bandits show up to rob the train passengers. On board guarding China's national treasure(a book) are Japanese masters Yusuaki Kuratu, Hwang Jang Lee, Yukari Oshima. Also making hilarious cameos are Sheh Kien and Jimmy Wang Yu. Richard Ng is on hand for the comedy as is Lau Kar Wing and Lung Wei Wang shows up for a funny fight with Hoi Meng and Hsou Ho though Lung Wei is of course as serious as ever. The best thing about this movie are the dream matchups. Yusuaki Kuratu vs. Richard Norton is OK, Yuen Baio vs. Dick Wei is great, and Sammo Hung vs. Cynthia Rothrick is why I watch these movies. I could have used more action but when Sammo brings it, everybody in the world beware!
The Universal Laser and Media version is letterboxed with a good subtitling job keeping the words in the black bars for the most part. I would still like to see a special edition of this though. Does anyone know if there is one, maybe by Hong Kong Legends?
Customer Review: What a movie!!
This movie is riddled with poor voice acting, bad camera work, terrible special effects, and it all adds up to the funniest movie ever made!! The music is so cliched it's laughably bad and the voices, while poorly done, are full of character(one guy even sounds homosexual). The intentional humor in this movie doesn't stand a chance against the blatant showing of a low budget masterpeice.

Death Ring
Death Ring
Customer Review: Some decent fight scenes but a story that is just urging you not to finish the movie
I am guessing this movie was made at the same time as 'Shanghai 13' or a week or two after. It has pretty much the same cast. Cameos by Chen Kuan Tai, Ti Lung, Chen Sing, and Lu Feng. The lead in the movie is Lee Chung Yat who was the kicker in 'Shanghai 13' that fights Chi Kuan-Chun and gets "a few bruises" from his claw. He is an amazing performer and this movie was worth a watch, at least for me just to see him in a starring role.
Now the story. Wow. While it doesn't make a lot of sense, it really is just completely stupid. I wish I could tell you what is going on. There is a beginning and an end to this movie as far as I can tell but the hour in between is just stupidity. The story is truely as badly done as possible. I liked the inclusion of Thai kickboxing and this is a movie you may enjoy watching once for the fight scenes but it is very doubtful you would ever watch it again. It would just be way too painful to sit through. 'Shanghai 13' was great because the story made sense but they didn't focus on it. The fighting was the only thing that mattered in that movie and there was plenty of it. In 'Death Ring' they ONLY focus on the mindless story and the movie just starts falling apart as it begins. I don't mind plot driven movies but yu need an actual plot. Even if it isn't it can still be exciting but this movie is just a tragedy of filmmaking.
As far as the fights go almost all of them are good. The fights in the ring are probably the worst. Nothing spectacular but Lu Feng shows up at the end to finish the plot they started. The same plot they didn't do anything with for over an hour. Overall, ths movie was probably about 50-60 minutes too long and it is not recommended even for fans of the genre. 1.5/5
Picture is full screened and decent quality. It gets a bit blurry a couple of times but it is still acceptable. Commentary from Ric Myers is Ok but I have heard him too many times and he just repeats stuff from all his other commentaries. He actually says that if you are watching the movie for the first time with the commentary on then just leave it on. I actually agree with him on that. There is really no point in watching the movie but Myer's commentary mildly helps. If you have never heard his commentaries before then you will probably find it enjoyable. After hearing at least 20 of his commentaries I have to say it is actually one of his very best. The only problem is he still makes stupid mistakes riddled throughout his entire ramble. This is not new of course. He always makes uncounted mistakes in every comentary. When speaking about the Venoms for instance, he incorrectly says that 'Kid With the Golden Arm' is a movie where people just fly around at will like all of these novel to screen movies that take place in the martial world. He also says that '2 Champions of Shaolin' had 2 Venoms in it. It would be nice if he had actually seen these movies because people obviously know that 4 Venoms were in '2 Champions of Shaolin'.
Customer Review: A Mistake (A Big One)
The only redeeming thing about this DVD (not the movie) is the audio track by Ric Meyers it was very insightful I would give that track 5 stars. Enough said!!!
1989 NCAA Championship Michigan vs. Seton Hall
1989 NCAA Championship Michigan vs. Seton Hall
The Kingdome in Seattle, Washington played host to the 1989 NCAA National Championship game on the evening of April 3rd. This battle was a clash of two #3 seeds, the Michigan Wolverines from the mid-west region and the Seton Hall Pirates from the west region. The match-up was one of firsts, as it was the first title game appearance for both Michigan and Seton Hall, and would eventually become the first national championship for the University of Michigan and their head coach, Steve Fisher. The Wolverines were able to hold off a scrappy and determined Seton Hall team to claim the national title. It took an overtime effort to finally put away the Pirates, but the Wolverines, led by Glen Rice, eventually prevailed by a slim 80-79 margin. Glen Rice was named the tournaments Most Outstanding Player, as he netted 184 total tournament points in leading his Wolverines to their first national title. Both teams had to defeat two Final Four veterans, the Illinois Fightin Illini and the Duke Blue Devils to earn their shot at the national title. Bonus Disc: Relive the excitement as Michigan and Illinois, #1 in the Big Ten Conference, light up the tournament in this unforgettable game that pushed Michigan into the finals and a National Championship!

Getting a “Buzz” On Viral marketing
Fri, 04 Apr 2008 10:30:25 -0700
Viral marketing has matured a bit over the years. There seems to have been a shift to the web not just being seen by agencies and brands as another tick box for any ad campaign, which is significant enough, but now being the medium where a campaign is launched to create a buzz before it hits TV and print. Even before a movie is released which used to be seen as the pre-launch buzz-generation activity. Big business “gets it”. Buzz works! It can work for small and start-up businesses, as well
